BW Dance has a strong focus on classical ballet which is the foundation for most styles of dance and is where most young dancers start their training. Ballet teaches students about musicality, control, alignment, placement, balance and grace. RAD stands for Royal Academy of Dance which has been the industry leading syllabus and examination association since its beginnings in 1920. Our Sugarplum ballet classes are a delightful introduction to classical ballet for ages 3-5 and provide a nurturing, imaginative and very enjoyable start to the beauty of dance. As ballet is the basis of all dance all second and subsequent ballet, technique or national character classes are half price.
