Meet Miss Amanda
With a deep passion for dance, Miss Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her teaching. Trained in all styles of dance, she developed a particular love for ballet. At the age of 15, a severe knee injury forced her to give up her dream of becoming a professional dancer, but her love for the art form never wavered. Instead, she channeled her skills and passion into teaching, determined to inspire the next generation of dancers.

In her 20s, Miss Amanda showcased her talent on stage, performing in a variety of Cabarets and even serving as a cheerleader for the Newcastle Rugby League team. This real-world performance experience, combined with her years of hands-on teaching, has given her a rich and well-rounded perspective on dance.

Miss Amanda is committed to continuing her professional growth, attending courses from leading institutions including Lisa Howell, The Royal Academy of Dance, The Australian Ballet, and the British Ballet Association. This ongoing education ensures that BW Dance students are taught in a safe, knowledgeable, and evolving environment.

Her greatest joy comes from sharing her passion for dance with her students and helping them reach their fullest potential. With her dedication and experience, Miss Amanda continues to inspire dancers to follow their dreams—both in the studio and beyond.
